Privacy Policy
Last updated · 29 June 2026
Portland House ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This short policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you submit your email through our website we collect your email address and the date you joined our list. We do not collect your name, address, IP, or any other personal information unless you choose to share it with us directly.
How we use it
We use your email to send updates about Portland House — news about our opening, founding-member opportunities, and the occasional letter from us. We will not share or sell your details. We will not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Who handles your data
Email signups are stored in Mailchimp, our email service provider, who process this data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Their policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below — or simply use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email we send you.
